Arabian Scent Files

Middle Eastern perfumery has 4,000 years of history behind it. The fragrance community reduced it to a dupe chart.

Arabian Scent Files exists to fix that.

This is the only fragrance series that treats Middle Eastern perfumery as a subject worth studying. Not a shortcut to designer alternatives. Not a budget guide. A tradition rooted in ancient Mesopotamia, built across centuries of Arab trade, refined during the Islamic Golden Age, and still alive in Gulf homes today. Every episode goes deeper than the bottle.

Each episode covers the houses, the ingredients, the history, and the culture behind Arabian scent. From the icons you already know like Lattafa, Khadlaj, and Afnan, to the houses the Western fragrance world has not discovered yet.
